HOW DO YOUR RATES WORK?

You choose the package that suits you.

  • Your hours pack can be used for a period of 6 months. These hours allow you great flexibility and are transferable (to a family member or close friend).

In addition to these costs, transport and possible additional costs (materials, envelopes, stamps etc.) are also included.

IS THERE A TIME OBLIGATION?

There is no time obligation. You can use our services for a specific period of time or for a specific assignment and then decide that you no longer need our services.

WHERE DOES MY CURANCER COME FROM?

Each Curanizer is a professional with proven experience and a load of specific and general skills. They are selected, trained and insured by us. Each Curanizer adheres to our values and is selected on the basis of strict criteria.

HOW CAN I COMMUNICATE WITH MY CURANIZER OR MY LOVED ONE?

The Curanizer comes to the client's home. You can also contact him/her by telephone, e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, Skype, Hangout if you wish.

IN WHICH REGIONS ARE YOU PRESENT?

We are present throughout Belgium.

DO I HAVE A PARTICULAR CURANIZER OR SEVERAL CURANIZERS TO CARRY OUT MY DUTIES?

Only one Curanizer! This guarantees an efficient and long-term working relationship that allows him/her to get to know you. In this way, we can offer you the best service, tailored to your individual needs and long-term preferences.

HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU FIND AN ASSISTANT FOR MY APPLICATION ON A DAILY BASIS?

Organising usually takes 2-3 days. As soon as you call, we will let you know the name of your Curanizer and make an appointment at your home with the regional manager.

DO YOU WORK WITH FINANCIAL PARTNERS?

CURA Services is independent. This means that we always choose the best option, depending on the needs and wishes of the client, we work with services we know to guarantee an optimal quality-price ratio. If this turns out not to be the case, we change and look for a better alternative.

ARE YOU LINKED TO CERTAIN MUTUAL HEALTH ORGANISATIONS?

No, we always work in consultation with our clients' mutual health organisations. This is necessary for an optimal service, so that we can be sure that our clients do not miss out on premiums or other benefits.

WILL MY APPLICATIONS REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL?

Yes, all our employees sign a confidentiality agreement as part of their employment contract. If a member of your family wishes to have access to your data, it will only be passed on to them with your consent.

CAN CURA SUPPORT ME IN MEDICAL CARE?

Only medical services and qualified staff can provide medical care. That is why we cannot support medical care (medication, bandage changes, etc.).

However, we are happy to help you find and set up medical and non-medical home carers.

HOW CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE AN APPOINTMENT?

If you wish to cancel or change an appointment, please contact your Curanizer by telephone as soon as possible. Make sure that you cancel the appointment within 24 hours, otherwise costs will be charged.
